Email openpdfedit@gmail.com, or open an issue on GitHub if you would rather it were public. Either way you will hear back within two working days.
A bug report is easier to fix when it says which app you were using — the web app, the macOS or Windows app, the iPhone or iPad app, or the browser extension — and what you did just before it went wrong. Please do not attach the document. We cannot open it anyway: nothing in the app sends your files anywhere, and we would rather you kept it that way. A description of the document is enough, and if the problem needs a file to reproduce, we will ask for one that is safe to share.
No. The editor — PDFium and our Rust core — runs on your own device, which is why every tool keeps working in Airplane Mode or with the network off. That is the simplest way to check the claim yourself.
Almost nothing. Every tool is free except Watermark and OCR, which unlock together, once, for 1,000 credits. It is not a subscription and not a charge per use. Credits never expire, and the unlock is remembered by your account, so reinstalling or moving to a new device does not charge you again.
Only to make the unlock follow you. The purchase is recorded against the account rather than the device, so a new phone or a reinstall keeps it. Everything else works signed out.
Email us with the date of the purchase and the account's email address, and we will find it. Do not send a receipt screenshot with your card details in it — the date is enough.
Ask at openpdfedit@gmail.com and it is deleted, along with the credit balance attached to it. There is nothing else held: see the privacy policy for what that means in detail.
Every release stays downloadable — all releases — so you can install the previous version while we fix it. Tell us which version worked; that narrows a regression faster than anything else.
In your browser at openpdfedit.com/app, as a macOS or Windows app, on iPhone and iPad, and as a browser extension. It is open source: the editor, the rendering engine and the app around them can be read, built and audited on GitHub.
